Box Breathing is easy to learn and can help you feel more grounded and calm. This technique helps reduce stress, improve focus, and promote calmness by regulating your breath.
✨Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
✨Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
✨Exhale through your nose for 4 seconds.
✨Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
Repeat this cycle for a few minutes, focusing on your breath and the counting. Box breathing helps activate your parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing stress.
