If you are like me and find it hard to digest chickpeas, but LOVE a hummus, then panic not as this recipe is what you've been waiting for!
Ingredients
✨1 x Butterbean
✨2 x Garlic Cloves
✨A Decent Splash of Olive Oil
✨Teaspoon of Tahini
✨A Decent Pinch of Salt & Pepper
✨A Handful of Parsley
Method
This one is super duper easy...
Grab your blender and simple as anything, add it all in and get blending. If you are looking for a slightly thicker consistency, pulse it rather than continual blending and a little note that if you are using a Nutribullet, it will blend it into a very smooth hummus.
